1. General
1.1. This policy defines the process for submitting and reviewing refund requests for payments made for access to paid features of the Oina Platform.
1.2. Refunds are not provided automatically and may only be granted at the Company’s discretion, based on an individual user request.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1. A refund request must be submitted to support@oina.ai no later than 14 calendar days from the payment date.
2.2. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. The Company may request additional information and makes the final decision at its sole discretion.
2.3. The Company reserves the right to deny a refund if it determines that there is insufficient justification or the request contradicts the Platform’s Terms of Use.
3. Refund Procedure
3.1. All refund requests are reviewed within 15 business days from the date of receipt.
3.2. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–15 business days (depending on your payment provider or bank).
