1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Oina platform (the "Platform") provided by Oina Ltd.

1.2. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement as well as the Privacy Policy.

1.3. If you do not agree with the terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Platform Status

2.1. The Platform is currently offered as an early-access service. You acknowledge that the service may include limited or experimental features and may be updated periodically without prior notice.

2.2. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or completely error-free operation during this phase.

3. Registration and Access
3.1. To access core functionality, users must create an account via email or Google OAuth.

3.2. Users agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

3.3. The Company reserves the right to restrict or block account access in case of a breach of this Agreement.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

Use the Platform for lawful purposes only
Not violate copyrights, moral standards, or legal regulations
Not upload or distribute harmful, illegal, or misleading content
Not interfere with the operation or security of the Platform

5. AI-Generated and Interactive Content

5.1. Some content is generated using artificial intelligence (OpenAI, Microsoft Azure).

5.2. The Company is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or consequences of AI-generated content.

5.3. You assume full responsibility for how you use such content.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The Platform, its interface, source code, algorithms, and visual elements are the exclusive property of Oina Ltd.

6.2. Content created by users (e.g., presentations) remains their property. The Company may use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics and platform improvement.

6.3. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the Platform without explicit permission.

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1. Access to advanced features of the Platform is provided on a paid subscription basis. The scope of access, pricing, and applicable terms are defined at the time of subscription and may be updated by the Company.

7.2. All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider – Paddle. The Company does not store users’ payment information. Payment terms are subject to Paddle’s Privacy Policy: https://www.paddle.com/privacy

7.3. Subscriptions may be canceled by the user at any time. Refunds are not provided automatically but may be granted upon individual request and at the Company’s sole discretion. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the Refund Policy. The Company may request additional information and reserves the right to approve or deny the refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform, including errors in AI-generated content, outages, delays, loss of data or revenue.

8.2. The Platform is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties.

9. Suspension and Termination of Access

9.1. The Company reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to the service without compensation in the following cases:

Violation of this Agreement
Suspected fraudulent activity
Violation of applicable laws

10. Changes to the Agreement

10.1. The Company reserves the right to amend this Agreement. The updated version will be published on the website. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless otherwise required by the user’s country of residence.

11.2. All disputes will be resolved through pre-trial negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled in a competent court at the Company’s place of registration.
